Purpose
The course equivalency repository includes non-Colgate courses (transfer credit, approved program, and study group) that have recently been approved to be applied toward the Colgate degree. The repository is a planning tool and not an exhaustive list of acceptable courses. Courses will continue to be added as new courses are reviewed
Institution Offerings
Inclusion in this repository does not mean the institution will offer it in any given term. Students must check the institution offerings for the relevant term to see if a course listed in the repository will be offered.
Equivalency Process
Regardless of whether a course is listed in the repository or not, students must submit a course equivalency form and a course selection form for every course they are interested in taking at another institution. The equivalency form process will confirm course eligibility and the course selection form confirms that the individual student is eligible to take the course.
